This is one of my favorite one-balloon animals. When I found the directions online many years ago, it immediately supplanted the fish from my very first balloon twisting book, one that looked essentially like a Jesus fish. In other words: boring. This little guy, however? Distinctive, cute, and simple. It remains, my go-to fish, as can be seen here and here, with the occasional minor variation.
