Falkor, as any child of the 1980s can tell you, is the luckdragon from The Neverending Story. This, however, looks relatively little like Falkor from the movie, who looks rather like a large dog. That's because I made Falkor shortly after rereading the original book (and, if you've only seen the movie, you literally only know half the story and no, the sequels don't count, especially the third one, which is so bad it'll not only taint your memories of how good the first one was, but might also make you sterile), and in the book he's described as being distinctly lion-like. I decided to kinda split the difference and ended up a little catfishy, but that's okay. It all turned out well enough... with luck!
