One of the things I love about New York City is that it has a ton of random little beautiful parks scattered around with things like fountains and gaslights. That tall, beautiful building in the background? Not City Hall. That's actually One Police Plaza, that main headquarters of the NYPD. City Hall is the smaller, less attractive building obscured by trees.
