Achtung, baby
Washington DC - June 16, 2006

The German V-2 rocket was one of the most technologically advanced weapons of World War II, though it was particularly effective as a psychological weapon, especially due to its supersonic speed making it a silent attack impossible to forsee or defend against. After the war, the technology led directly to the rockets used to get humans into space and to the moon.
