I don't actually know what sort of flower this is, and I wasn't actually trying to take a picture of it. I really wanted to take a picture of the annoyingly fast, hummingbird-like insect flitting about it that is currently just out of frame to the left. After maybe fifteen minutes I did finally manage to get a picture of it.
