Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, VA - August 28, 2006

At Busch Gardens Williamsburg they have several bald eagles in a fenced-in enclosure. All of the eagles were found injured in a way that lost them the ability to fly. Several of them had flown into power lines and lost a wing. I wonder if this guy was calling out like this as an echo of his days in the wild?
