Patuxent River Naval Air Museum, Lexington Park, MD - December 7, 2004

"Pitch" is the up and down motion of the plane, controlled by the elevators. "Roll" is left and right by turning along the long axis of the plane, controlled by the ailerons.  "Yaw" is simple left and right, controlled by the rudder.

That said, I have no idea what the switches actually do.
