Easton, MD - September 23, 2004

Kendall's has perhaps the greatest dessert know to man: Banana Zango.  It's banana cheesecake with caramel swirls, wrapped in a tortilla, flash-fried, rolled in cinammon and sugar, and topped with whipped cream and a sprig of mint. So very tasty....

Update 3/17/08: Kendall's is, sadly, no more. Last time I drove through Easton looking for it, it was now the site of... the headquarters of the Talbot County Republican Party. Now that's a let-down.
