I don't see no dam bald eagles
Conowingo, MD - September 27, 2005

The Conowingo Dam, started in 1926, is one of the largest hydroelectric plants in the country. It's second only to (I believe) the Niagara Falls plant. Check it out sometime; it's where US Route 1 crosses the Susquehanna River, and apparently there's some good bird-watching there.
